Welcome to Non-Artistic Project. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you may purchase digital photography artworks (“Artworks”) on our website (the “Site”). By accessing or making a purchase on this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully, and if you do not agree, refrain from using the Site.

​1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 

​2. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and Artworks, is the exclusive property of Non-Artistic Project and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By purchasing an Artwork, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license for printing only. All other rights are reserved. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or display beyond personal use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

​3. Purchase and License of Artworks

Upon purchasing an Artwork from the Site, you will receive a ZIP file including high-resolution digital photo ready to print and a printing guideline.

License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork for personal purposes only. You may print the Artwork for personal use but may not sell, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

Printing Guidelines:  We kindly request that you do not share, distribute, resell, or print the file more than once.

​4. Payment

Purchases made through PayPal are processed in USD. Payments made through CliQ are processed manually at a fixed amount of 19 JOD per artwork. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds or exchanges on Digital Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Once digital photography prints are downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.

Exceptions for Technical Issues
If there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, contact us within 14 days for assistance. We’ll review and issue a refund for duplicate purchases after verification.

Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account was compromised and used for an unauthorized transaction, please reach out within 30 days, and we’ll investigate and assist as needed.

​​6. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations on Completed Orders
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, once your purchase is complete and the file is available for download, cancellations are not possible.

Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues while accessing your digital print, reach out to us within 7 days. We’ll be happy to assist with access but cannot cancel the purchase once the file is downloaded.

7. Delivery Policy

Instant Digital Delivery All digital photography prints are delivered instantly upon successful payment. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you can access your digital file.

Delivery Method Your purchased digital print will be available as a high-resolution JPG file, along with a PDF including printing guidelines. The download links will be accessible in “My Account” > “Downloads” > and then in the table under the “Download” section.

Download Availability The download link will remain active for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link will expire. We recommend downloading your files promptly to ensure access.

Technical Assistance If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at info@nonartisticproject.com. We’ll be happy to assist in resolving any technical difficulties.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site:

1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
2. To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Non-Artistic Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of Artworks, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

​10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Non-Artistic Project and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
